Essen, May 2025. Signo Hospitality GmbH continues its expansion course and has now celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its latest project: the Hampton by Hilton Bremen Nord. A hotel with 153 rooms, a lobby bar, and a boardroom for business meetings is being built in a central location in Bremen’s Vegesack district. The building is in close proximity to the train station and only a few minutes’ walk from the Weserhafen. “We are still on a growth trajectory – especially in northern Germany”, explains Sascha Konter, Managing Director of Signo Hospitality GmbH. “With this hotel, we are expanding our presence in an economically strong and touristically interesting region. At the same time, we offer our guests the consistently high quality level of the Hampton by Hilton brand.” The plan is for a hotel that combines international standards with a touch of regional identity.
New Hotel Combines Functionality and Location Advantages
“What makes this project special is the successful combination of quality, hospitality, and an optimal location”, explains Sascha Konter. The new hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers who appreciate comfortable accommodation with good transport links. The Vegesack location offers short distances to the city center, the Weser, and the wider region – a conscious step in a district with development potential. The planning is being carried out in cooperation with the architectural firm Marggraf Architektur. The developer is 2P Projektentwicklung GmbH, which has already successfully realized several real estate projects in Northern Germany.
