Signo Hospitality Takes over Landhotel Krummenweg

Essen, September 2024. Signo Hospitality has expanded its portfolio with the Ratingen location near Düsseldorf. Since September 1st, Signo Hospitality Ratingen has been operating the Landhotel Krummenweg and will reopen the property as Ramada by Wyndham Düsseldorf Airport at the end of 2024. The rebranding in the design of the international hotel group is expected to be completed by November. The renovation work is targeted for completion by the end of January 2025. With a future 73 rooms and spacious public areas, the hotel is currently in good condition, meaning that renovation work will only be required to a manageable extent. In the future, the Ramada by Wyndham Düsseldorf Airport will focus even more on seminars, conferences, congresses, and events. With its central location at the conveniently located hub between the exhibition centers of Düsseldorf, Essen, Duisburg, and Mülheim, as well as Düsseldorf Airport, Signo’s new hotel has high potential, especially in the MICE sector.

International Renown for Conferences, Events, and Culinary Delights

The conference center of the new Ramada by Wyndham Düsseldorf Airport offers an attractive range of spatial possibilities, from a 420 sqm hall with a 60 sqm stage to rooms for smaller seminars and group work.
