Essen, February 2025. Signo Hospitality’s expansion strategy reaches further milestones. Following five hotel projects in 2023 and 2024, the company now announces the acquisitions of Holiday Inn Essen City Centre and Precise House Düsseldorf Airport. The Holiday Inn Essen City Centre will be rebranded as FOUR ESSEN City Centre, a Marriott White Label, in May 2025. After extensive renovation, it will be named Four Points by Sheraton Essen City Centre. With 167 rooms and five meeting rooms for up to 99 people, the hotel in the center of Essen will then benefit from modern comfort and an excellent location. Precise House Düsseldorf Airport will undergo a soft refresh and begin operations as Four Points Flex by Sheraton Düsseldorf Ratingen Airport from March 2025. A total of 137 rooms and three meeting rooms offer ideal accommodation for business and leisure travelers near the airport and motorway. With these two new hotel acquisitions, Signo Hospitality has launched seven new expansion projects in just two years.
